Starting Thursdays in September, the Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce's newest member, the Surf House, located at 604 N. Lake Park Blvd. in Carolina Beach, NC will be hosting Surf Cinema, featuring full length surf movies.Shows start between 8:00 and 8:30 pm and please feel free to bring your lawn chairs. There will be food discounts and an intermission for a beverage run to The Last Resort.
The movie for September 10th will be Picaresque. This movie shows longboarding in a new light - fluid, systematic, and utterly dynamic. Featuring Harrison Roach, Christian Wach, Scotty Stopnik, Tommy Witt, Matty Chojnacki, Chris Christenson, Mikey DeTemple, Chad Doyle, Rob Kulisek, Alek Parker, Eli, and Bucky Berry.
