CMS Tool & Die, Inc. is a customer-oriented family operated business. We offer high quality, cost effective custom machined parts with on time delivery, and customer service second to none. CMS produces high precision CNC machined parts for the aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and medical industries. We also manufacture parts for the movie vending machines, the Redbox. You can see our parts in action by renting a movie at the Redbox located at the Scotchman on Lake Park Blvd.

In 1986, CMS Tool and Die was founded by Nick Chambliss in Durham, NC. Over the years, Nick frequently visited Carolina Beach and fell in love with the many sterling attributes of the area, including the hometown atmosphere, the friendly residents, and of course, the beach life. In 2005, CMS moved its manufacturing plant to Wilmington, NC and Nick became a resident of Carolina Beach. CMS continued to grow and it was soon evident that a larger facility was necessary. A search began for a building that would offer us more room, and in 2007, CMS relocated to 1331 Bridge Barrier Road, Carolina Beach, NC, where we have found a permanently home.
