2012 Free Summer Concert Series Line-Up

One of the most treasured Pleasure Island summer traditions is the Free Summer Concert Series. Held at the Ft Fisher Military Recreation Area in Kure Beach on the 2nd and 4th Fridays in June, July, and August, the concert series combines great live music with the picturesque setting along the Cape Fear River. 

The 2012 line-up has been released and it's filled with lots of talent and can't miss acts:

June 8th - Eastbound - Classic Rock & Roll

June 22nd - Spare Change - Beach, Country, & Classic Rock & Roll

July 13th - BLP - Classic Rock & Dance

July 27th - Beach Billy Brothers - Beach, Classic R&B

August 10th - South of K, Bluegrass

August 24th - The Mako Band, Beach Boogie Blues
