10th Annual Steve Haydu Lo-Tide Run - Saturday, March 15th

Lace up those sneakers and head to your favorite running spot on Pleasure Island, whether that's the beach, the trails in the State Park, or the streets of your neighborhood...it's time to get training for the Lo-Tide Run!

This event is a local favorite, and one that draws participants from near and far, to join the sea of people running for a great cause on the streets and sand of Carolina Beach. Proceeds go to help people in the area who are battling cancer are in financial need.

Everyone from serious runners to casual joggers to walkers and even mosey-ers is right at home in the Lo Tide Run.

Race Day Schedule

7:00 AM - Registration

(Beat the rush and pre-register and pick up your race packet early on Friday, March 14th from 11 am - 7 pm at Omega Sports in Hanover Center. 3501 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC.)

8:00 AM - Start of 10K Run

8:30 AM - Start of 5K Run

10:45 (Approx) - Awards Ceremony

Entry Fees

10k Run or 5K Run/Walk: $30 by 03/01

10K Run or 5K Run/Walk: $35 after 03/01

Day of Race: $40
