New Public Boat Docks in Carolina Beach

Pleasure Island Public Docks - courtesy WECT.com
Pleasure Island, NC is excited to welcome the latest development in public works: the public day docks in Carolina Beach.  A project 3 years in the making, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Tuesday, June 22 to welcome the new docks.

The public docks in Carolina Beach are located in the marina on Carl Winner Drive. There are spaces for 8 boats under 25 feet in length and boats may use the docks for up to 3 hours at a time.  This central location is ideal for dining and shopping in town and provides a convenience for boaters as well as a connection for business owners to reach more customers.

Pleasure Island and Carolina Beach are proud to see this project come to fruition and hope to see many boaters taking advantage all year long!
