OceanBreeze Properties was formed by Cindi Jacobs to service theproperty management needs in the community.
Property Management is their chosen profession and they focus on long term rentals as well as vacation rentals. While they acknowledge that property management requires real estate skills, (Ms. Jacobs was first licensed in 1988) they feel strongly that experience and customer service are close seconds.
