Time to catch the holiday spirit!  To help you along, mark your calendars and be sure to catch the spectacular events of Pleasure Island's Annual Island of Lights Festival:

• Friday, November 27th (day after Thanksgiving) at 7 pm: Lighting At The Lake Ceremony


• Friday, December 4th at 7:30 pm: Christmas Parade (for applications, call Frances Massey at 458-5507)
  


• Saturday, December 5th at 6 pm: Holiday Flotilla (for applications, call the Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce at 458-8434)
  


• Saturday, December 12th: Tour of Homes (contact James Allen at 458-7116)
  


• Thursday, December 31st at 9 pm: New Year's Eve Celebration at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk
