Our firm specializes in providing HVAC Commissioning services to Owners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors for the purpose of providing HVAC systems that are well designed, complete and function properly upon occupancy and that the owner's staff has adequate system documentation and training. Other services provided include Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) studies, engineering design review, and Building Envelope Testing with Thermography.

The firm holds certification with the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG), with certi-fied Commissioning Authorities (CxA) and Commissioning Technicians (CxT) on staff. The firm is licensed by the state to practice engineering, and Troy Byers, PE is the resident engineer for North Carolina operations. Mr. Byers is the Vice President, and a partner in the firm.
