Lakeside Embroidery is a locally owned and operated business specializing in custom embroidery and monogramming. Originally established in the spring of 2009 by Sue Winchell, the home business then had a lakeside view in Lake Wylie, SC. In the fall of 2011, Sue and her husband, George, became residents of the Wilmington/ Carolina Beach area where they had long enjoyed vacationing.

Dedicated to excellence in embroidery, Lakeside Embroidery gives your items a personal touch. We can help you find the perfect solution for professionalizing your office attire and advertising your business. Sue enjoys the creative and technical process involved in turning logos and other artwork into digital form and creating the final stitched product.

We offer unique gift ideas, items for your home and wardrobe, and can even accessorize your next vacation or themed party. Nothing is outsourced; all items are made in-house. The same time and attention to detail is given to a single order as multiples.

Customizable items include t-shirts and polo shirts, jackets and other outerwear, caps, bath and kitchen towels, baby items, bags and totes of all sorts, luggage tags and key chains, and koozies for bottles, cans, or wine bottles.

Lakeside Embroidery also proudly supports charities such as United Way, Relay for Life, and Mo-ped to Memphis (St. Jude Children’s Hospital).
