Stop by Katie Hines' Senior Center to enjoy a Pancake Breakfast from 7:30 –11am and then take a leisurely walk or bike ride, 5 blocks over to Carolina Beach Lake Park to experience the popular Farmers Market.

Pancake Breakfast - Just $6.00 includes pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice & coffee.

The Mission of the Carolina Beach Farmer’s Market is to provide opportunities for both residents and visitors to come together with local food producers and artisans to create a sense of community, foster a sustainable local economy, educate about the importance of buying local, and to increase access to fresh, locally produced, nourishing and safe food. The Market also provides and encourages local entrepreneurial opportunities and brings energy and excitement to the lake venue in Carolina Beach.”   Carolina Beach Farmers Market opened April 24, 2010 to bring locally grown and produced produce, meats, food, and arts to residents and visitors to Pleasure Island.
